You will be working for a leading FM company working on-site at their commercial partner.
Your new role
Hands-on working fabric technician with a good understanding of general building services and estate management.
Duties will include:
Building furniture
Moving furniture
Carry out all moves and changes that the client require
Undertake a full range of general maintenance tasks, not limiting to minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, ensuring service levels are met and to maintain the fabric of the building is at a high standard
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared prior to any works starting
To undertake lone working when and where required To develop a good working relationship with all members of the team, subcontractors, and client\’s staff Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment is met, including the wearing of uniform and appropriate PPE always.Ensure all storages area are maintained and kept safe and tidyEscort visiting subcontractors around site to ensure safe execution of service-related tasks, and ensure RAMS are reviewed and approved prior to works starting
Undertake other tasks directed by the account management team
PA testing
