We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties throughout Bolton. This is a temporary role offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role
- Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
- Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
- Working on hot and cold water systems
- Completing bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within target times
- Working in occupied and void domestic properties
