Senior Building Surveyor in Birmingham

Your new company A well-established, national multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join its growing Birmingham team. With a strong reputation across the built environment sector, the consultancy delivers a broad range of services including Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture and Engineering. Your new role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take a leading role in delivering both professional and project-led surveying commissions for a diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, developing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior team members. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to the continued growth of the Birmingham office while delivering high-quality services across a range of simple and complex schemes. Sectors currently include residential, education, healthcare, leisure and public sector projects.
