We are recruiting on behalf of a major UK infrastructure delivery partner involved in one of the country's most significant rail and civil engineering programmes. As part of this long-term venture, the organisation is delivering a series of pumping stations and associated buildings that support a nationally important transport corridor. The employer is a recognised tier-one joint-venture organisation known for engineering excellence, safety, sustainability and strong career development.
As a Senior Building Services Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multimillion-pound MEP packages, primarily focused on pumping stations and building services assets. You will manage cost reporting, forecasting, procurement, contractual administration and change control under NEC. You will work closely with internal engineering teams, subcontract partners and senior commercial leads to ensure accurate commercial management across complex mechanical and electrical scopes. Hybrid working is available, with a blend of office, site and home.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong background as an M&E / Building Services Quantity Surveyor, ideally on major infrastructure, civils or utilities projects
- Proven experience managing complex building services packages
- Comprehensive working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Ability to manage procurement, subcontractor relationships and cost reporting
- A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working within large delivery teams
