Your new role will be working for a leading Facilities company who are looking to onboard a Multi Skilled Painter within their estates team.
Your new role includes:
- Carry out internal and external painting, decorating, and surface finishing to a high professional standard.
- Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and sealing to ensure long‑lasting results.
- Apply a variety of finishes such as gloss, emulsion, varnish, stains, and specialist coatings.
- Perform touch‑ups and remedial work after repairs or installations.
- Assist with basic repairs to walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures (e.g., plaster patching, minor joinery, sealant work).
- Support wider facilities maintenance tasks as required, including minor plumbing or carpentry tasks depending on skill level.
- Identify defects in the building fabric and report or repair them where appropriate.
- Follow all company and site-specific H&S procedures, including safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.
- Complete necessary paperwork including risk assessments, job sheets, and compliance records.
