Your new role As an Associate Building Surveyor, you\’ll play a key role in leading and delivering a wide range of professional and project-based services. You\’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing complex surveys and defect investigations, preparing strategic reports, and guiding junior team members. Projects will span pre-acquisition surveys, insurance reinstatement, party wall matters, dilapidations, and expert witness work. What you\’ll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you\’ll be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with significant post-qualification experience and a strong track record in both professional and project work.
