Scheme Manager in Accrington

Your new company A well-established housing organisation providing retirement and supported housing services, focused on creating safe, welcoming communities and helping residents maintain their independence. Your new role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a retirement housing scheme, Carrying out health and safety checks, Supporting residents, Promoting engagement activities, Managing low-level ASB issues, Maintaining accurate records and liaising with external support agencies. This is a 4-week sick cover role until the end of October. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have experience in retirement housing, supported housing or older people's services. You must be able to manage a busy workload, prioritise competing demands and hold an Enhanced DBS with Adult Barred List check.
