An experienced ASB Officer is needed to cover the Lancashire/Yorkshire patch, with an immediate start on a rolling contract for a minimum of 8 weeks. A driving licence, access to own vehicle, and a basic DBS are required for this role. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours a week, with a pay rate of £24-£27 per hour and weekly pay.

Your new role: You will lead on ASB, nuisance, and tenancy breach investigations across a regional patch, delivering high-quality, customer-focused casework. You will manage complex cases including hate crime reports, gather evidence, take witness statements, and work closely with Tenancy Support and Housing Officers. You will prepare all legal paperwork, submit court applications, and instigate injunctions and possession proceedings, self-representing in court where required. You will also work with solicitors on cases needing legal representation. You will build strong relationships with Police, partner Housing Associations, and community safety agencies, representing the organisation at multi-agency meetings and Joint Action Groups.
