Hays Specialist Recruitment is actively recruiting Support Workers based in Tonbridge and the surrounding area to work with adults and the elderly with learning disabilities in a residential setting. Salary: £23,264 per annum Working Pattern: 40 hours (full-time) or 24 hours (part-time) per week (7 days flexibility required) Your New Company One of the largest care-home providers in the UK, a staple name within social housing and care, are looking for permanent staff members to join their welcoming community where they help those with learning difficulties. Your New Role Providing essential support to adults with pre-existing conditions such as Alzheimer\’s dementia, within residential homes including personal care. Creating a safe and nurturing environment to foster their independence and personal growth. Engaging in diverse day-to-day activities tailored to their unique needs and interests, such as relationship building, days-out and other living activities. Assisting with household tasks like cooking and cleaning, as well as shopping for the residents. Assisting in the management of the residents\’ finances. Supporting in medication management.
