Your New Role As a Senior Bioanalytical Scientist, you will play a crucial role in expanding bioanalytical capabilities within a laboratory setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to LC-MS-based discovery and GxP bioanalysis. Main Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To): Method Development: Conduct method development, sample analysis, and data reporting for a variety of bioanalytical studies involving small molecules, peptides, and other modalities. Study Execution: Develop, validate, and execute bioanalytical studies in accordance with GLP guidelines. Team Management: Oversee and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development. Client Studies: Act as Study Director (SD) or Principal Investigator (PI) for client studies conducted both internally and externally. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and collaboration.
