Your new company I am working closely with a Property & Asset Management company specialising in Commercial Real Estate in London. This company offers great exposure to a variety of Asset classes throughout the UK. As such, they are offering a great opportunity to join the business for a Chartered Property & Asset Manager. Please note: This role is 5 days a week office based! Your new role Day to day responsibilities of portfolio of properties Takes responsibility for delivering for both clients and occupiers Strong financial management – fee billing and cash collection Actively participates with all business initiatives in collaborating with the teams Stakeholder management as a client representative Adaptable and has the ability to perform for a range of types of clients Understands client’s aims and provides tailored, strategic advice Good computer skills to maximise use of prop tech platforms, Coyote, MRI Qube, Quooda, Energy portals, Power BI tools.
