We have partnered with a non-profit company who are looking for a payroll Bureau Advisor to start asap, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. It is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week working from home.

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • To be the client account manager for a group of specified clients
  • To lead in the delivery of payroll/pension/administrative/contractual advice and support to clients and managers/employees within the company.
  • To support the management team in ensuring the provision of high-quality and consistent payroll/administrative/contractual advice and support services are delivered efficiently and in the most cost-effective way.
  • To support in the management of the delivery of high-quality end-to-end HR and Payroll transactional processes.
  • To assist with HMRC reconciliations and escalating any queries accordingly
  • To be responsible for the invoicing of clients on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • To continuously review working practices, make recommendations and support the implementation of improvements to service delivery, including system developments
  • To assist in facilitating employees' BACS payments and any other third-party payments
  • To ensure employees are paid correctly and promptly and that all compliance matters are adhered to.
