Your new company I am working with one of the world’s leading speciality insurers who are looking for an FP&A Manager to join the London team. They are an innovative organisation with an industry-leading reputation for delivering strong results and creating an inclusive, supportive working environment. Your new role Reporting to the Head of FP&A this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including: Business partnering with front office to analyse business drivers and trends. Utilise technology to improve internal reporting and deliver improved insights to stakeholders. Management and development of 1 direct report Ownership for FP&A reports Building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders to better understand and support their needs. What you’ll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience in the insurance market – General Insurance or London market knowledge is desirable.
