An established and growing business is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support & Commercial Coordinator to work closely with the Managing Director, helping to drive priorities, manage projects, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a varied role that combines executive support, project coordination, and commercial administration. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring business priorities are actioned, projects progress as planned, and customer and supplier requirements are managed efficiently. Working within a small and agile business, the role offers significant responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the organisation.
Your new role:
- Managing and prioritising a busy inbox on behalf of the Managing Director
- Monitoring actions and driving projects through to completion using project management software
- Coordinating internal and external communications
- Preparing customer quotations and supporting commercial activities
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, lead times, and updates
- Tracking progress against key business priorities and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Providing general business and administrative support across the organisation
- Identifying process improvements and supporting business efficiency initiatives
