We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Administration Support Coordinator to support a key business project.
This role will focus on maintaining accurate records, cleansing historical data, updating work orders, and supporting the wider team in achieving operational KPI targets.

Cleanse, update and maintain historical data records.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across internal systems.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Administrative Support
Ensure all work orders are up to date and accurately maintained.
Process and update information within internal databases and systems.
Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
Assist with reporting and data-tracking activities.
KPI & Operational Support
Support the Activity Type team in achieving weekly KPI targets.
Monitor workloads and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service standards are maintained.

Previous administration, data entry, customer service or office support experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
