Your new company is a housing company based in Warrington recruiting for a temp to join their busy customer service team till September initially. You will be managing queries from contractors and tenants.

Your new role involves dealing with customer service matters received by email or phone, addressing customer issues promptly and in line with SLAs to ensure a positive customer journey. You will issue instructions to subcontractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution. Additionally, you will follow up all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works are completed within set timescales. Effective and regular communication with internal departments is essential to form excellent working relationships as part of the larger team. You will also carry out general administrative duties, ensuring database systems are up-to-date.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in social housing or property management
  • Excellent customer service, with experience of handling queries with empathy to ensure a positive customer journey
