Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Leader to lead revenue growth, develop high-performing teams and strengthen key customer relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Strategic Accounts who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to account growth and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering sustainable revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities and implementing sales strategies that support long-term business objectives.
Lead, coach and develop high-performing sales and account management teams.
Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic customers.
Manage forecasting, budgeting and sales performance reporting.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Lead contract negotiations and secure high-value commercial agreements.
Develop and improve sales processes, KPIs and performance frameworks.
Deliver accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support wider business objectives.
Maintain full ownership of commercial performance and profitability.
