Your new company A well-established organisation is looking to recruit a Scheduling Administrator to join its busy office in Hyde for an immediate start.

Your new role Handling incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.

Maintaining accurate records across internal systems.

Assisting with engineer scheduling, diary management, and job allocation.

Raising purchase orders and tracking materials and deliveries.

Updating and managing spreadsheets for reporting and operational tracking.

Providing general administrative support to the wider service team.

Working closely with colleagues to help ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What you ll need to succeed Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Ability to learn new systems and work across multiple platforms.

A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.

Need to be able to get to the office in Hyde 5 days a week What you ll get in return You will receive an excellent rate of 14.50 an hour plus holiday pay, as well as working within a supportive team environment and in a varied role that offers plenty of responsibility and autonomy.
