Your new company An established and growing organisation is looking for an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth running of its office environment.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you ll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Your new role As Office Coordinator, you will take ownership of a range of operational and administrative responsibilities, acting as a key point of contact for office-related matters.
You ll coordinate facilities activities, support internal communications, manage supplies and purchasing, and play a central role in the planning and delivery of an office move.
Managing office, kitchen and workplace supplies and arranging purchases when required.
Raising and managing purchase orders and liaising with finance teams.
Coordinating bi-weekly meetings, including agendas, presentations and presenter logistics.
Acting as the main contact for maintenance issues, repairs and building-related enquiries.
Managing incoming deliveries, post and courier arrangements.
Supporting office relocation activities Coordinating contractors and service providers on-site.
Supporting the transition of utilities, services and associated office costs.
