Our client is a well-established and people-focused organisation based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function. Working closely with the HR team, line managers, and employees, you\'ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of HR processes.Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
Assisting with training coordination and employee communications
Processing starters, leavers, and contractual changes
Liaising with payroll and benefits providers
Supporting HR reporting and general project work
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislationThis role is based on-site 5 days per week and offers free parking.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you\'ll bring:
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
