Your New Company Hays are working in partnership with a successful and growing organisation based in Shrewsbury to recruit a Customer Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business in a varied role focused on delivering excellent customer service, developing long-term customer relationships, managing accounts, and identifying opportunities to support business growth.

Working as part of a supportive office-based team, you will manage an existing portfolio of customers, acting as a key point of contact to ensure a positive customer experience, while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow accounts.

This role would suit an individual with previous customer service, account management, sales support, or business development experience who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and delivering high levels of service.

Your New Role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
