Your new company

Working for a very well-established waste / recycling company in the UK. This role is full time 37.5 hours per week for 3-6 months. Fully remote - all equipment will be provided for you. The hourly rate is £15.38 per hour.

Your new role

  • Review/process/manage HR ticketing software, for incoming queries.
  • Administer the full employee life cycle, ensuring processes are effective and undertaken to the highest level of accuracy.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process from advertising roles to inputting new starter details into the HR and Payroll system.
  • Ensure governance and compliance is adhered to across all activities.
  • Act as an initial point of contact for all queries from internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Provide appropriate advice and guidance to resolve queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, to provide the highest quality of service to the business.
  • Work alongside the People & Culture team, maximising the service to our business and providing support as required.
  • Any other HR Admin type activities as required.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high workload.
  • Working/minimal knowledge of HR.
  • Able to work under pressure and remain steady while the team goes through restructure.
  • Friendly, positive, 'can-do' attitude with limited guidance.
  • Quick learner/able to pick things up with very limited induction.
  • Comfortable switching direction and priorities as business needs evolve.
