A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a personable and proactive HR & Office Administrator to join its team. This is a varied, fully office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of a professional office environment.

As HR & Office Administrator, you will provide key support across both HR and office functions, ensuring efficient administration and a professional working environment.

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files and HR documentation
  • Processing starter and leaver paperwork, contract amendments and DBS-related administration
  • Supporting onboarding activities and ensuring all documentation is compliant and audit-ready
  • Managing and updating HR systems, records and document libraries
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, welcoming guests and coordinating meeting room arrangements
  • Answering incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
  • Ordering office supplies, refreshments and stationery, ensuring the office remains well stocked
  • Coordinating office deliveries and supporting day-to-day administrative activities
  • Researching information and locating documentation across internal systems when required
  • Providing administrative support to multiple departments and helping ensure smooth office operations
  • Handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism

To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience, ideally with exposure to HR administration, personnel records or confidential documentation.
