Your new company This global trade organisation representing a range of sectors is looking for an operations administrator to assist their administrative team. Your new role Develop and implement a project tool to streamline operational functions, such as conferences and member meetings. Manage membership administration, including maintaining the membership database and users for the members’ area of the website and document protection software. Maintain databases and web pages to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Oversee compliance with Employment and Health and Safety Regulations (training will be provided). Handle follow-up with members, coordinating with the bookkeeper for debtor follow-up. Respond to membership enquiries and process membership applications and cancellations. Distribute news, flash alerts, and other communications to members. Assist the Operations Lead in preparing events, including venue selection, supplier coordination, logistics, online meeting space setup, contract management, and PCO contact.
