Your new company Working for a government organisation based in the Taunton area. This role is 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday, 30 hours per week for approximately 8 weeks. Pay is £14.95 per hour. Your new role The role will include supporting us with some filing of historic HR files. This will include taking personal files from our archives and bringing them to the main building, securing them, weeding them in line with the HR retention schedule and then preparing them for scanning/distribution. The work will be spot checked by team members for governance purposes. There will be a small element of manual handling (moving files) and the activities undertaken will require concentration. Full training will be provided. Applicants should be aware that it will be tedious at times, but it is something that will really help us as a team longer term. What you'll need to succeed Experiencing filing and being able to look through documents, understanding of GDPR and make decisions would be useful. Good strong administrative background.
