Service Administrator required for new temporary job opportunity in Sheffield (Near Rotherham). A well-established manufacturing and engineering business based in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their busy operations team on an immediate-start basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a fast-paced commercial environment where no two days are the same. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis for approximately three months but may develop into a permanent position for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and service requests accurately
- Coordinating engineers, service visits and maintenance schedules
- Raising quotations and updating customer records
- Liaising with customers regarding service bookings, parts availability and order updates
- Supporting the parts and service department with administration duties
- Managing incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience ideally in a service administration, customer service administration, or commercial administration role
- Experience ideally working within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or similar commercial environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a busy team
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
