We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to provide exceptional front-of-house service and efficient administrative support. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining security and smooth operations.

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and switchboard callers, delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries. Manage visitor booking systems, conference room coordination, and maintain accurate visitor records. Ensure reception area security and operate access control systems. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and bulk mail-outs. Inbox management, meeting room booking, managing visitors, setting up meeting rooms for refreshments. Update intranet content and noticeboards, and provide general administrative support including meeting organisation and minute-taking.
You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in reception and administration roles.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
