Key Responsibilities Customer Service Champion: Act as the primary point of contact for clients managing queries via phone, email, and face-to-face with professionalism and urgency. Operational Coordinator: Administer and coordinate all aspects of service delivery, including installations, maintenance, and contract support, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard and deadlines are met.
