Your new role
In this specialist position, you will take the lead on advising and guiding schools around exclusions, SEND and equality matters. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring that decisions are transparent, consistent and aligned with current legislation and best practice. Your role will involve supporting complex casework, contributing to panels and reviews, and helping to shape policies and processes across the wider organisation.
What you will need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring a strong understanding of education frameworks, particularly in relation to SEND, exclusions and equality. You will have previous experience working within a school, trust or local authority setting and be confident interpreting and applying legislation in real-world scenarios. You will be a strong communicator, able to influence and support stakeholders at different levels, while maintaining a balanced and objective approach.
