Your new role involves effectively leading, coordinating and managing the administration functions of all timetabling requirements, ensuring the end-to-end business processes are delivered to target.
Provide specialist guidance and appropriate technical support on the timetabling software to stakeholders. Extract and analyse specialised timetabling data and produce reports as requested. Lead and coordinate specific school timetables to ensure this works efficiently and effectively for students and staff.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Significant working knowledge and experience of databases with knowledge of timetabling processes and principles.
- Experience of using the SCIENTIA system.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to attend Cardiff campus as and when required.
What you’ll get in return:
