Your New Company Hays Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for a Reception & Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Wath-upon-Dearne. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role combining front-of-house reception, facilities administration and customer service support. Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, applicants must be available to start work immediately and not be subject to a notice period.

  • Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Your New Role

Working as part of a busy and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing a professional front-of-house service whilst supporting a range of administrative and customer service functions. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, customers and contractors
  • Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Managing visitor sign-in procedures and meeting room bookings
  • Providing facilities administration support
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Supporting the customer service team during busy periods
  • Assisting with maintenance-related calls and service requests
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider business
