A fantastic opportunity is available to work for an award-winning and reputable social housing organisation in the Richmond area on a permanent basis as a Resource Scheduler. The organisation is known for their social impact and strong core values which mirror their community spirit. The position has arisen due to internal movement, and the organisation is looking for a superstar customer service professional with a background in repairs, maintenance or social housing. Please note this is a fully office-based role, so the candidate will need to live within a location close to the Richmond/Kingston area.
Your role will involve the scheduling and booking of appointments for daily work volumes and ensuring the use of resources, arranging tasks for operatives and subcontractors for emergency, urgent and routine work. You will manage calendars and ensure downtime is processed, addressing escalations and missed appointments whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. You will fill in worksheets and analyse data on performance.
In order to be successful, you must have experience in repairs/maintenance or a social housing environment where scheduled repairs, dealing with contractors and engineers are prevalent. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be within easy reach of the Richmond area as this is a fully on-site position.
In return, you will be offered a £31,000 annual salary with a permanent contract, extremely generous annual leave with 29 days plus bank holidays, 36 hours a week with standard operating hours either 8am - 4.15pm or 9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday). You will also have access to healthcare and well-being vouchers of £30 per month to use as you please.
