Your new role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisation
- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR colleagues
- Support critical or high-risk vacancies with proactive solutions
- Administer recruitment activity using the applicant tracking system
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management
- Support delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects
- Coordinate, review and standardise job descriptions across the business
- Upload and maintain job descriptions within internal systems
- Contribute to process improvements and development of training materials
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience within a customer-focused HR or recruitment environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage competing priorities
- Experience using recruitment systems and MS Office
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting projects and implementing new processes
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR, recruitment, business support or similar
