You will work closely with the London Office Manager and support teams across the business.
Your new role:
- Act as the face of the business, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
- Manage switchboard calls for London and regional offices, taking accurate messages and screening sales calls.
- Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area, kitchen, meeting rooms, and stationery supplies.
- Book, prepare, and manage meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments.
- Support seminars, training sessions, and evening events, including room setup and clear-down.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, frank mail, and arrange couriers with tracking.
- Monitor the London mailbox and forward emails promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as creating notepads, printing, posting, and updating internal systems.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Office Manager and wider teams as required.
