Your new company Working for a leading organisation you will provide high level PA / Office Management support in a newly created job vacancy. Your new role We have the pleasure of working on a newly created position due the organisation experiencing a period of growth.This a permanent vacancy that will support the business as PA whilst also taking a lead on Office management and facilities management tasks. This position will suit an experienced professional PA / EA/ . Equally the role will suit an experienced Office Manager with previous experience of PA support to Director level. This role is hybrid 2 days a week. We ask that the successful applicants be local to the area. Duties of the position are outlined below; * Full PA duties to Director level ,managing the diaries, arranging meetings, accommodation and travel, office management and facilities management * Reviewing emails and meeting invitations, inbox management * Arranging Directors internal staff meetings and senior leadership meetings * Amending and formatting papers, presentations etc * Preparation of correspondence * Processing cash and credit card expenses claims. * Organisation of staff events, other events including client events as required * Day to day office management and to be the acting contact for building facilities and management What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be a proven PA/ EA/ Office Manager Ideally previous facilities management experience would be beneficial but not essential Live in the local area (Chesterfield/Sheffield) What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
