Your new company This business is a multinational mining company with their UK operations headquartered in central London. The London office does not see a large amount of footfall but is expected to expand over the next 12 months and thus this role will be instrumental in the development of the London team. Due to a period of maternity leave, the team have had an interim PA vacancy arise. This role is due to be part-time – estimated at 2 days per week. Your new role As a PA/Secretary within the company, the role is expected to include (but not be limited to) the following: Diary management as required, Coordination of travel including scheduling flights, booking carers, hotels, etc. Organising reservations, General office assistance, Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed Prior experience providing PA/Secretarial support is a necessity. Additionally, due to the stakeholders the role will be facing, the client has advised that the successful candidate would be fluent in Mandarin.
