Your new company A well known organisation is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their CEO, this role manages executive administration, governance support, meeting coordination and document generation.
Work Pattern Part-time 3 days, 22.5hrs, per week7.5 hours per day Fully on-site in BA3 Your new role You ll play an essential role supporting the CEO on a part-time basis, key duties will be: Managing a busy diary and co-ordinating meetings, events and appointments.
Preparing meeting documentation, board packs and supporting governance activities.
Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
Drafting routine correspondence, reports and presentations.
Processing expenses and maintaining confidential records.
Handling telephone and email enquiries and acting as a key point of contact.
Co-ordinating travel arrangements and conference bookings.
Supporting health and safety administration, including planned preventative maintenance records and contractor co-ordination.
Maintaining compliance records, filing systems and documentation.
Supporting committee meetings and producing meeting minutes.
