Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Deeside, is seeking an experienced Order Processor / Technical Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

Your new role The position is offered full time Monday to Friday and fully based on site.

Working within a small, collaborative office environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys a varied administrative role and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 08.30am until 17.00pm.

Friday 08.30am until 16.00pm The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers and internal departments, preparing technical documentation, and supporting the wider team with a range of administrative duties.

Order

Processing: Accurately enter, manage, and track sales orders within the system.

Customer

Communication: Respond to enquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide exceptional customer support.
