Your new company is a market-leading technology organisation based in central Cambridge.
Your new role involves being the first point of contact for all Cambridge office requests. You will coordinate the meeting room calendar, manage day-to-day functions, and ensure the office is always kept neat and tidy. You will welcome visitors in a friendly manner, order office supplies, tea, coffee, and snacks, and ensure workplace policies and processes, such as fire safety, health & safety, and first aid, are properly implemented. Coordinating all maintenance and repairs in the office, managing relationships with third-party suppliers and building management, and providing other ad-hoc duties when necessary will also be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be Junior PA to the VP of Global Operations and others in the SLT team. As the role evolves, the opportunity to get involved in projects and project coordination, HR & Recruitment is also a possibility.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven and solid administration experience, particularly at office manager/junior PA level.

What you’ll get in return:
An incredible working environment, arguably one of the best offices to work in in Cambridge with a free on-site gym and unrivalled facilities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30-6pm (flexibility is offered). It is ideal if you can be office-based 5 days per week, but some home working would be considered for the right candidate. A competitive salary of up to £30,000pa is offered with fantastic benefits. We are looking for someone to start ASAP and this role is being offered on a permanent basis. Our client’s offices are close to Cambridge train station, but there is no parking available.
