Office Assistant / PA

Your New Company A creative andfast-paced interior design studio known for delivering high-end, bespoke spacesis looking for a Personal Assistant and Office Assistant to support the teamand help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your New Role Provide general administrative support to the team, including diary management and meeting coordination. Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal staff. Help organise team events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing post, and keeping the workspace tidy. Support with basic project admin, including filing, data entry, and document formatting. Help ensure smooth communication between designers, clients, and contractors. What You\’ll Need to Succeed Previous experience in an admin or assistant role (creative or design environment is a bonus). Strong organisational and communication skills.
