Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Valuation Administrator to support their busy team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of valuation services. The Role
As a Valuation Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the valuation team, ensuring reports, documentation, and client communications are managed accurately and efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and surveyors, helping to coordinate the valuation process from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing valuation instructions and maintaining accurate records on internal systems.
- Liaising with clients, surveyors, lenders, and third parties via telephone and email.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating surveyor diaries.
- Preparing and processing valuation reports and supporting documentation.
- Monitoring progress of valuations and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Updating databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with invoicing and general office administration duties.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience

- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
