An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead a global product sales function within a market-leading engineering and infrastructure business. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving revenue growth, margin performance, and strategic direction. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the global sales strategy, leading an international team, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across multiple regions.
The role includes:
- Lead, develop and execute the global product sales strategy in line with revenue and profit targets
- Manage and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers and Business Development professionals across international markets
- Drive commercial performance through clear KPIs, forecasting, and structured sales planning
- Identify new market opportunities and lead product-led growth initiatives
