About the Role

I am working with a client who is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Administrator to join a rapidly growing team. You'll handle essential administration, support live projects, and work directly with clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Sales team with high-quality administrative tasks
  • Analysing incoming client bids and manipulating data for internal business use
  • Assisting on key projects across the team as needs evolve
  • Communicating confidently with clients when handling bid information
  • Using Excel daily - VLOOKUPs are essential
  • Working with Power BI (preferable, not essential) to support reporting and data visualisation
