An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation undergoing continued growth. This role offers the chance to become a subject-matter expert across a diverse product portfolio, supporting commercial teams, customers and partners while contributing to ongoing product development and market readiness.

As the Product Specialist, you will develop a deep understanding of the organisation's solutions and act as a key point of contact for technical queries, demonstrations and training. You will work closely with development teams to shape product requirements and ensure that customer and market needs are clearly represented. Your work will support product launches, customer adoption and the continuous improvement of the product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support - Providing expert product guidance to commercial teams, particularly during tender processes.
  • Requirements Definition - Working with development teams to specify, refine and prioritise product needs.
  • Cross-Team Coordination - Supporting development activities and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrations & Training - Delivering product demonstrations, training sessions and technical presentations.
  • Market Insight - Gathering and translating customer and market needs for the UK region.
  • Product Information - Preparing and validating content for marketing materials, launch collateral and technical documentation.
  • Solution Adaptation - Supporting the tailoring of solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Compliance & Testing - Leading local certification activities and coordinating interoperability or field tests.
  • Launch Support - Supporting product launches, including training campaigns and readiness activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Contributing to internal and external meetings on product capabilities.
  • Competitor Monitoring - Tracking competitor activity and comparing core product offerings.

About You

You will be a proactive, customer-focused professional with a strong technical understanding and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Your communication skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail will be key to your success.

We are looking for:

  • Relevant Degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field, supported by experience in Product Specialist, Technical Support, Pre-Sales or Product roles.
  • Experience with Technical Products in any sector involving complex or connected solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration including experience supporting commercial teams and tender responses.
  • Training & Demonstration Skills with involvement in testing, certifications or validation activities.
  • Requirements Translation - the ability to convert customer and market needs into clear product requirements.
  • Documentation & Launch Experience including technical content and competitive analysis.
  • Communication Strengths - confident, clear and customer-oriented.
  • Language Skills - fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
