As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing relationships across an established portfolio of utility and infrastructure clients.

You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth strategy and increasing market share across the sector.

Key responsibilities include

Developing and executing a proactive business development strategy.

Identifying, targeting and winning new client accounts.

Growing revenue within existing customer relationships.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the utilities and infrastructure market.

Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and contract award.

Identifying upcoming opportunities, projects and frameworks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

A minimum of 5 years' UK sales experience.

Proven track record of winning new business and opening new accounts.

Strong experience developing and growing existing customer relationships.

Experience selling into the utilities, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors.

An established network within the UK utilities market would be highly advantageous.

Demonstrable success in delivering against sales and revenue targets.

Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
