Your new role

Are you an organised HR Administrator with recruitment administration experience looking for your next opportunity? My client is seeking an HR Administrator to provide support until the end of January. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and collaborative team where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting recruitment and HR administration activities while learning new systems and processes within a well established organisation.

Working within the People Services team, you will support the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish while providing general HR administrative support. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Posting vacancies and managing job advertisements
  • Coordinating and arranging interviews
  • Preparing offer letters and employment contracts
  • Supporting onboarding and induction arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Managing recruitment administration through the ATS system
  • Supporting HR processes and responding to administrative queries
  • Assisting the wider People Services team with ad hoc administration

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous HR Administration experience
  • Previous recruitment administration experience
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is proactive, flexible and willing to support wherever needed
  • Has a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
  • Resilience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HR or recruitment systems would be advantageous, although full training will be provided
