My client is currently seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support operations within a busy construction environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who holds a valid CSCS card and is comfortable working in or alongside site-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the site and project team
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Assisting with site compliance and health & safety paperwork
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Supporting with scheduling, diaries, and coordination of site activities
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments

What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid CSCS Card - ESSENTIAL
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (ideally within construction or property)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
