We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to play a key role in delivering clear, professional, and consistent communications to our customers and partners. This role is responsible for the accurate execution of planned marketing and communication activities, ensuring that content is prepared, scheduled, published, and reported on in line with the marketing calendar. It is a structured, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership of delivery, works reliably to deadlines, and takes pride in producing high-quality, customer-facing communications. While the role follows defined plans and instructions, it also requires confidence, attention to detail, and accountability for live communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all communications adhere to the company's tone of voice, brand guidelines, and professional standards.
- Present information clearly, accurately, and in a customer-focused manner.
- Upload, format, schedule, and publish content across Mailchimp email campaigns, Facebook and other social media platforms, flyers and customer communications.
- Act as a reliable coordination point for outgoing communications across channels.
- Execute email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and bounce-backs.
- Manage bounce-backs and support ongoing mailing list cleansing.
- Provide regular, clear summaries of communication activity and performance.
Essential:
- Experience in a marketing coordination, communications, administrative, or similar execution-focused role.
- Confidence using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Strong written English with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting marketing or communications teams in a B2B environment.
- Basic layout and formatting skills.
- Experience working with established brands or customer-facing communications.
