As a Finance Broker, you will be contacting potential clients through outbound calls, positioning their asset finance and loan solutions in a consultative manner and driving deals through to completion. This role offers genuinely lucrative earning potential for someone who can hit the ground running and consistently deliver.

Candidates must be capable of generating a minimum of £10,000 in monthly revenue, so we are looking for someone with a proven ability to build telephone rapport and drive sales processes to completion in a highly competitive, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activity to establish rapport and interest with potential new clients, build a pipeline and secure new business opportunities.
  • With a customer-centric approach, qualify client interest through a consultative sales process to understand their commercial standing and position our asset finance and loan solutions.
  • Write and prepare proposal documentation and credit applications as required, including working with clients to gather appropriate financial and non-financial paperwork.
  • Record all sales activity in the CRM.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of live opportunities and consistently deliver against monthly revenue targets (minimum £10,000/month).
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven track record in asset finance, loans, or a similar commercial finance sales environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely whilst building rapport and trust.
  • Resilient, with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a genuine interest in business.
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial, self-starter approach.
  • Positive and engaging telephone manner.
  • Comfortable working fully office-based, 5 days a week.
