Temporary - ongoing (minimum 4 months)

We're looking for a new team member to join a busy Student Support and Wellbeing team. This is a front-line administrative role, supporting students with queries and ensuring they're directed to the right services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing first-point-of-contact support to students (in person and over the phone)
  • Responding to student queries and giving clear, accurate information
  • Logging mitigating circumstances and coursework extension requests accurately (Excel)
  • Drafting and sending sensitively worded emails using Outlook templates
  • Signposting and referring students to appropriate support services
  • Handling confidential information in line with GDPR
  • Working closely with colleagues across multiple teams

  • Confidence using Excel and Outlook

  • Previous admin experience desirable
